Mission Hope Free Mega Medical Camp

Mission Hope wanted to improve the situations in villages and the health conditions of the people by organizing Medical Camps.

So, successfully conducted a Free Mega General, Eye, Dental, Ortho & Gynic Medical Camp on September 15th 2018 in Dharmajigudem, West Godavari-Dist, AP.

Team made a qualitative research in knowing who’s best for the camp by screening the members in each and every village of their door step.

      The Camp has been organized with the aim of providing quality Medical Care from best hospitals of the town. Following the pledge, the team worked with the authorized PR’s of the hospitals.

      The team succeeded in finding the right collaboration with ASRAM, Good Samaritan Hospital and St. Joseph Dental Hospital, Eluru.

      Considering the logistics and maximum beneficiaries reach, the team has decided to conduct Medical Camp at M.N.R Govt. Junior College, Dharmajigudem, Lingapalem Mdl, West Godavari-Dist.

      Beneficiaries have used different transportation like Bus, Auto to reach the Venue.

      15000 flyers, 2000 brochures were used for campaigning to distribute in 28 Village.

      30 volunteers from the Campaigning team worked on taking the daily inputs and response from the campaign.

      The information was communicated during the week before the camp through Bike Rallies and door to door step.

      Mission Hope distributed flip flops for poor people on the day of medical camp.

      We gave money to some of beneficiaries in order to compensate their travel who attended to camp from long distance.

      Food, Biscuits, Water and Butter milk packets were provided in the medical camp.

      We took the initiative to inspire and promote people toward humanity and service perspective through means of social media platform which plays vital role in our society at the moment.

       Covered the live telecast of Mission Hope Free Mega Medical Camp through all the means of social media.

      Response and feedback was phenomenal for the mega event from Patients, Volunteers, Doctors, Mission Hope social media followers and other individuals who supported for the cause.

Post Camp Activity

      We as a team had a fantastic start to cheer up in the form of a record breaking mega medical camp for the first time ever, which gave us an inspiring mindset to effort for the goal and to give best for the people.

      The main motto for taking this as a challenge in favor of people is to create a hope for them for a better living beyond their expectations.

      Total beneficiaries identified for eye glasses:-  113

      Total beneficiaries received eye glasses: - 90

      For the rest 23 beneficiaries we took the initiative to provide home delivery service according to their availability.

      We promised them to deliver eye glasses in a short span of time and kept our promises alive by distributing the eye glasses to the respective beneficiaries by organizing a post camp event on 23rd Sept 2018.

      Beneficiaries were very excited and felt very happy for giving the glasses as we promised them and felt like this is a dream that they received the glasses as we promised. They thanked entire team and special blessings to Mr. ROSHAN K SONGA (Founder).

      We took it on a priority base for making the glasses in right time and made the post camp event a successful one.

       We would like to thank Mr. Anil kumar Mathe (President) for being a part in the post camp event.

 

Mission Hope Free Mega Super specialty Medical Camp

Mission Hope conducted a Free Mega Super specialty Medical Camp on October 14th 2018 in Jangareddygudem, West Godavari-Dist, AP.

      Mission Hope in collaboration with Manipal Hospitals Vijayawada & Rotary Eye Hospital Vuyyuru conducted this Free Mega Super specialty Medical Camp.

      Considering the logistics and maximum beneficiaries reach, the team has decided to conduct Medical Camp at ZPPS Govt. High School, Jangareddygudem, West Godavari-Dist.

      Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Oncology & General Departments were treated by Manipal Hospitals and Eye department was by Rotary Eye Hospital.

      Mission Hope was succeeded in bringing the Cancer screening bus to the camp and creating a good platform for the common people to utilize the services of it for free of cost.

      It was the most sophisticated bus in which all the three types of cancers can be screened and treatment can be done for the primary stage.

      For the first time ever this cancer screening bus was in West Godavari.

      20,000 flyers, 2000 brochures were used for the campaigning to distribute in 32 villages.

      8 different color coding were used to identify the patients coming from 32 villages.

      20 Volunteers have been selected to do aggressive Door to Door Campaigning.

      Two wheeler bikes were used to do Door to Door Campaigning in 32 villages.

      Three wheeler auto rickshaws were used for campaigning in Jangareddygudem town on Oct 12th & 13th.

       Huge bike rally with 50 volunteers was held on Oct 13th in Jangareddygudem town using placards, flags and by distributing flyers.

      Public hoardings were used to display Mission Hope Medical Camp details.

      Every day’s feedback was collected from the volunteers to get an estimate of number of people likely to use the benefits of Medical Camp on Oct 14th. This feedback helped us for a better planning and conducting the Medical Camp.

      To make the beneficiaries responsible and accountable, flyers were asked to bring to the medical camp on Oct 14th.

      250 gm of packed Cooked Rice, Boiled Egg given to each patient using token system.

Mission Hope conducted a Free Mega Cancer Screening, Eye & General Super specialty Medical Camp on November 17th 2018 in Chintalapudi, West Godavari-Dist, AP.

      Mission Hope in collaboration with Manipal Hospitals Vijayawada & Goutami Eye Institute Rajahmundry conducted this Free Mega Cancer Screening, Eye & General Super specialty Medical Camp.

      Considering the logistics and maximum beneficiaries reach, the team has decided to conduct Medical Camp at Govt. Junior College, Chintalapudi, West Godavari-Dist, AP.

      All types of Cancer Screening tests for women were done by Manipal Hospitals and Eye department was by Goutami Eye Institute.
